‏This time of year, with new life spilling over every ledge and riverbank, it can feel like a fast and dizzying dance. If I pause and allow three hours of stillness or a even a few minutes staring into a beautiful piece of handcrafted art to what could have been a frantic (productive?) day, my whole system resets… ‏It is in these moments of stillness that we can remember what is most important.
